Jay Jeong Productions (“the Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly.
1. Purpose of Processing
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes only. Where the purpose changes, separate consent will be obtained in accordance with Article 18 of the Act.
Enquiry handling — receiving, verifying and responding to enquiries regarding equipment rental, keyboard programming and on-site support
Quotation and contract review — preparing quotations and negotiating terms
Service analytics — understanding and improving website usage
2. Personal Information Collected
a. Information you provide directly by email
The Company does not operate an enquiry form on its website. Where you contact the Company at its email address, the Company processes the information you choose to include in that email, which typically comprises:
- Name and email address
- Organisation (company name), job title, phone number
- The content of your enquiry and any information contained in attachments
b. Information generated automatically during use of the website
- IP address, cookies, access date and time, service usage records, browser and device information
c. Method of collection
- Receipt of emails sent by the user
- Automatic generation in web server access logs
d. Legal basis for processing
Where you voluntarily send an enquiry by email, the Company processes that information on the basis of Article 15(1)1 (consent of the data subject) and Article 15(1)4 (necessity for the conclusion and performance of a contract) of the Personal Information Protection Act. The Company does not use the information beyond responding to your enquiry and preparing a quotation.
The Company does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14. As the Company operates no form requiring the submission of personal information, you may include only the minimum information necessary for your enquiry.

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved.
4. Provision to Third Parties
The Company processes personal information only within the scope stated in Article 1, and provides it to third parties only where Articles 17 and 18 of the Act apply — such as with the data subject’s consent or under specific provisions of law.
The Company currently does not provide personal information to any third party.

Outsourcing contracts specify the prohibition of processing beyond the stated purpose, technical and administrative safeguards, restrictions on sub-processing, and supervision of the processor, in accordance with Article 26 of the Act.

7. Destruction of Personal Information
Personal information that is no longer necessary is destroyed without delay (within 5 days of the triggering event).
Electronic files — permanently deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible

8. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects may at any time exercise the following rights: access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing.
Requests may be made in writing or by email, and the Company will act on them without delay. Where correction or deletion is requested, the information will not be used or provided until the request is completed. Requests may be made through a legal representative or authorised agent.

10. Security Measures
Administrative — minimising the number of persons handling personal information; establishing and implementing an internal management plan
Technical — access control for the processing system, installation of access control systems, encryption of passwords, installation and updating of security software
Transmission — HTTPS (SSL) applied across the entire website
Physical — access control to systems where personal information is stored

13. Changes to this Policy
- This Privacy Policy takes effect on [16th August 2026].
