Equipment
Owned and maintained in Seoul.
What We supply
We supply the computer side of the pit:
workstations, audio interfaces, failover switching, power protection, and the racks and cabling that tie them together.
Instruments, controllers, and pedals come from an instrument rental house.
Our systems are built to integrate with whatever they bring.
We can introduce the instrument house we work with in Seoul.
Every station ships with a full backup.
The backup is standard, never billed as an extra.
Installation, programming, and support through the run are quoted together, in one contract.

RIG + PROGRAMMER
Why the rig and the programming go together.
01 · BACKUP
A backup is only a backup if it matches the main — someone has to carry every rehearsal change into both systems for the rig to do its job.
02 · ONE CALL
Split the two, and a mid-show fault starts with working out whose problem it is — with one person on both, there is one place to call.
03 · TRACK RECORD
The Great Gatsby, Seoul 2025: one person handled equipment supply and on-site programming — 0 system failures across all performances.
Original show programming & systems: Strange Cranium
That is why we quote the rig and the programmer together.
REDUNDANCY
Every station runs two of everything.
Two workstations, two audio interfaces, and a passive A/B failover switcher between them. One footswitch press moves the audio to the backup.
A second screen so the operator sees both machines at once.
Power arrives through an AVR and a UPS before it reaches any of it.
Every machine is state-locked, so what worked at the tech runs the same on closing night.
If the primary dies mid-number, the audience does not hear it.
The Seoul run of The Great Gatsby (2025) completed without a single system failure.
